Stoep writes concept treatments, narrative bibles and long-term narrative systems for films, campaigns, collections, exhibitions and editorial projects. Each commission gives you a clear document that your writers, designers, directors or creative team can use to pitch, develop or produce the work. Narrative direction and one key set of copy

Upon selection, you will receive a streamlined intake brief tailored to your tier. Your responses serve as the raw conceptual material for our team—feel free to be as precise, fluid, or experimental as your vision demands.


03 / The Creative Engine Begins
Stoep unifies strategic world-building, literary craft, and an Indian Ocean sensibility to construct your narrative universe, balancing cultural depth with commercial utility.


04 / Delivery & Timeline
We respect the pace of your project. Anemone treatments arrive within five working days; Agulhas bibles are delivered within two weeks. Atlas timelines are bespoke, established during our initial consultation.


05 / Collaborative Refinement
Every commission includes one comprehensive round of feedback and refinement. This collaborative window ensures the final prose perfectly aligns with your vision, intent, and long-term brand integrity.

PAYMENT TERMS & BOOKING

To maintain our agile studio schedule, fixed-tier commissions (Anemone and Agulhas) require 100% upfront payment via secure invoice to initiate the booking. For bespoke engagements (Atlas), a non-refundable 50% commencement deposit is required to secure your project window, with the remaining 50% balance settled upon approval of the final deliverables and prior to the release of master files.
